This Framework is for the servicing and potential maintenance, Repair and purchase (including replacement) of PE equipment and gym equipment for Schools and Educational Facilities. This Framework is available in two Lots: • Lot 1 - Servicing and Maintenance • Lot 2 - Repair and Purchase Any external works are not included in this framework and should not be undertaken as part of this framework. Bidders can choose to submit offers for one or both Lots and are advised to review the evaluation criteria of this exercise relevant to the Lot(s) they choose to bid for. The Council intends to appoint 3 bidders for each Lot under this Framework. It is to be noted that the moderate and major repairs and those minor repairs not covered within the standard maintenance costs are subject to client approval and the clients / organisations utilising this contract will not be obligated to use the successful bidders for moderate and major repairs following a maintenance visit should they so wish.
