The project involves the demolition of nr 3-5 Corporation Street (former Indian restaurant) and nr 7 Corporation Street (former Envy Nightclub). It is anticipated that the contract will commence in April 2024 and will run for a period of 12 weeks making the expiry date September 2024 (over 2 phases 8/4 weeks)
