De Montfort University ("the University") requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out Planned Maintenance and Repairs to Building Energy Management System assets (listed in the TREND site summary document) along with providing a 24-hour, seven-day call out service to attend to breakdowns. The University proposes to enter into Contract for an initial period of three years commencing 1st August 2024 with the option to extend to a maximum total five years by way of two subsequent one-year extensions, subject to satisfactory performance over each period as reviewed against the specification and contract together with pricing. The University is conducting this procurement using the open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification of Requirements (Schedule 2).
