Independent Tenant and Homeowner Advisor Contract Project - The purpose of the Independent Tenant and Homeowner Advisor (ITHA) is to provide residents of the Cambridge Road Estate with access to free independent and impartial advice on the rehousing, selling and purchasing processes, to enable them to make informed decisions. Role and Scope: Eligible residents will be able to access independent and impartial advice directly from the provider or through a referral from the Regeneration team. The following describes the duties the ITHAs could be required to perform on the Cambridge Road Estate Regeneration scheme: Provide independent and impartial advice for each tenure on the relevant rehousing policy Provide independent and impartial advice for each tenure on buying and selling a property Provide independent and impartial advice on the Landlord Offer for each tenure Provide independent and impartial advice on how the Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) process works to ensure residents understand the process and impact.
