National Collection of Archaeological Archives Operating Model: Museum and Research Institution Needs - AWARD - The aim of this project is to assist with the testing of the business model for a national store and collection of archaeological archives, focusing on the requirements of museum and research institutions. The complementary work on the business model is already underway including cost modelling, building design and location review. We are developing a NCAA business model and, as part of this, further research is needed to develop the NCAA's operating model. This will gather evidence on both museum and research institution interests. This approach will ensure a thorough understanding of the organizational structure and processes needed to effectively support and integrate the National Collection into England's archaeological infrastructure
