WCC - Water Systems Risk Assessment and Supplementary Sampling and Microbiological Analysis of Swimming Pool Water - Warwickshire County Council requires Risk Assessment surveys to be carried out at all scheduled properties regarding Water Hygiene. Risk Assessments are to assess all assets associated with the water system(s) and to give property priority scores which identify required and future remedial work. The attached specification covers Legionella and Water Hygiene monitoring on the Council's Asset List (as detailed in Appendix A). The Contractor is required to put in place a programme to minimise risk and ensure the Council remains fully compliant with all statutory requirements. The Asset List covers all Council premises where monitoring is currently carried out and is up to date at the time that this Contract is being tendered. , the Council are however completing Risk Assessments and remedial works/improvements on all premises where monitoring is in place, this will be completed in the second quarter of 2016. As a result of this the Council may decide due to the low level of risk to no longer monitor these premises and they will be removed from the contract.
