Potential Demolition Works - This Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been issued by The Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult (“ORE Catapult”) and is for market research purposes only. It will assist ORE Catapult in ascertaining the level of interest and determining the most suitable route to market. This PIN will not be used to reduce timescales in any future planned procurements. The building is steel clad and has a pitch roof. It has a surrounding brick wall up to windowsill level. The demolition works would be undertaken on an operational working site and would be undertaken in compliance with current CDM Regulations. All opportunities for recycling and salvaging materials in the most sustainable means possible would be encouraged.
