The Provision for the Maintenance of Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Control Systems - The contract is to provide a maintenance service on the plant and equipment within designated buildings around the force. The contract will provide for planned preventative maintenance, reactive (repair) maintenance and improvement/alteration activities. Smaller reactive and improvement work will be handled through a call-off provision. The contractor shall carry out and provide maintenance and testing of the plant and equipment and respond to any call-out all as detailed within the specification. a) Direct expansion (DX) air conditioning systems. b) Passive and active chilled beams. c) VRV air conditioning systems. d) Air handling units and mechanical ventilation systems. e) Ductwork Systems f) Heat recovery units. g) Smoke & fire dampers. h) Motorised control dampers. i) Chilled water fan coil units. j) Chilled water system. k) Chillers. l) Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Note: The above list covers the main plant items and systems. Water Hygiene RFI - This is a request for information to support with the future design and specification of Midland Heart's Water Hygiene services. Midland Heart currently utilise a service provider to provide both Water testing and Thermostatic Mixer Valve servicing and maintenance to ensure that clean safe water is present in properties and temperature of hot water is regulated to safe levels. Due to the nature of the services further plumbing works can be required on site while completing testing, servicing and maintenance. The purpose of this Request for Information is to determine the potential interest within the market to support with these services as well as the potential innovations and solutions that area available. This request for information is also seeking to determine the value in splitting the service into specialised lots and how supplier can support with more specialised service; and the value that can be added through splitting the service or retaining as one contract. PRN004120 Multi Activity Contract - Nottinghamshire and City of Nottingham Fire Authority (NFRS) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations interested in being invited to tender for the Multi Activity Contract for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services required to maintain the Authority's Estate. The Authority's estate comprises of 26 sites which include Head Quarters, whole time and On-Call fire stations along with training blocks and training towers. A list of all sites will be provided by NFRS upon request to the in-tend tendering portal. The services consist of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical service installations and building fabric across the Authority's Estate, including services ranging from, but without limitation to, asbestos inspections through to the repair of valves and taps. The Multi Activity Contract will be a five year contract with the option of extending for an additional two years. It is anticipated that the size of the Multi Activity Contract may result in the chosen Provider having a full time presence across the Estate from Monday to Friday during the Authority's working day, to carry out planned and preventative maintenance.
