GB-Chelmsford: Cyclical and Reactive Maintenance of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems - Chelmsford City Council wishes to appoint a single contractor for a three year term, plus a possible two further one year extensions, to undertake planned and regular servicing to air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems at Council buildings throughout the Chelmsford area. The works will comprise the following: 1) The annual major servicing of air-conditioning equipment at Chelmsford City Council properties at the commencement of the spring season. 2) The annual inspection of both internal and external air-conditioning equipment and related plant (to be undertaken at the same time as the relevant major service visit and the preparation of an annual condition survey report on all internal and external air-conditioning equipment and related plant. 3) The annual minor servicing of air-conditioning equipment at the commencement of the autumn season. 4) The twice-yearly inspection and servicing of the Calorex heat recovery and dehumidification system at the Chelmsford leisure centre at South Woodham Ferrers. 5) The twice-yearly inspection and servicing of the Calorex dehumidifier at the Chelmsford Bancroft Road store at South Woodham Ferrers. 6) The annual inspection, servicing and maintenance of ventilation equipment, to be undertaken at the same time as the annual major servicing of air-conditioning equipment. This contractor will also be responsible for responding to any reactive work concerning any air conditioning or mechanical ventilation systems as necessary. Data Centre Air Conditioning Maintenance - The University has a procurement opportunity for the supply of air conditioning maintenance for one of its department. This tender invites you to submit your response for a solution which is able to conform to the following specifications. The University wishes to engage a partner for the provision of this contract, the requirement is based on two options, one being a 5 star Service whereby a single fee is charged and will cover the cost of all labour, parts, consumables and travelling expenses and the second option is a 2 star Service where an on call element is charged and parts labour and travelling expenses are charged per incident.
