FM1001 CHP Engine (Combined Heat and Power) Maintenance - Routine service schedules as specified by the manufacturer, maintenance and breakdown coverage of the CHP Units and all auxiliaries, routine monitoring, refurbishment of CHP units in accordance with manufacturers recommendations, reporting of servicing, material usage, hours run. Routine servicing must be undertaken to ensure full compliance with the manufacturers recommendations which will include all minor and major refurbishments/overhauls between the minimum/maximum hours required. It shall be the suppliers responsibility to ensure that the engines are available at all times, except for agreed downtime. Following award of contract, the successful supplier shall be required to submit a programme of work for a following period. A comprehensive maintenance, breakdown and repair service is required, ensuring a 24-hour a day 365 days per annum cover with a response time of 4 hours from receipt of fault information. A dedicated process to monitor the condition of each engine (service desk) and direct the appropriate response to meet the agreed SLA for return to service, also to carry out bespoke diagnostics and reporting to assess the availability, efficiency, power output and heat recovery statistics. This will include a weekly availability reporting function to agreed SLA. The receipt of instructions and the submission of all invoicing and reporting via the council's Concerto software.

PRN004120 Multi Activity Contract - Nottinghamshire and City of Nottingham Fire Authority (NFRS) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations interested in being invited to tender for the Multi Activity Contract for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services required to maintain the Authority's Estate. The Authority's estate comprises of 26 sites which include Head Quarters, whole time and On-Call fire stations along with training blocks and training towers. A list of all sites will be provided by NFRS upon request to the in-tend tendering portal. The services consist of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical service installations and building fabric across the Authority's Estate, including services ranging from, but without limitation to, asbestos inspections through to the repair of valves and taps. The Multi Activity Contract will be a five year contract with the option of extending for an additional two years. It is anticipated that the size of the Multi Activity Contract may result in the chosen Provider having a full time presence across the Estate from Monday to Friday during the Authority's working day, to carry out planned and preventative maintenance. Reactive maintenance will be dealt with on an ad hoc basis to carry out works that will be defined within the contract.
