Silverwood Leisure Complex - Regeneration Project - 1.1.1 The Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (the Authority) owns approximately 303 acres (approx. 123 hectares) of land (the Site) located at Silverwood, forming part of Lurgan, approximately 39.5 Kms to the southeast of Belfast. The Site currently houses an operational golf course (18 hole and 9 hole), facilities for foot golf, ski slope, equestrian arena and unused lands. 1.1.2 The Authority is seeking to engage an Economic Operator to invest, upgrade and support the continued and sustainable use of golfing, skiing and other valued outdoor leisure activities to eventually achieve the aims and defined objectives of the Authority. 1.1.3 The Economic Operator’s responsibilities will include (but not limited to) taking over and securing the existing Site, investing, upgrading and continuing the operations and maintenance of the existing facilities, master planning/obtaining planning permission, development, funding and operating the Site.

Estates Professional Services - The Agency's Estates Team requires the provision of professional services to support with its management of its BAU pipeline which includes but is not limited to, property lease and Memorandum of Terms of Occupation (MOTO) negotiations which will include review and amendment of documentation for new leases, review of existing leases or MOTO's, commercial conveyancing, etc. BAU Estates will be responsible for all lease and MOTO events for the agency and during the next three years, 2023 to 2026, which will include several lease events. Some of these events will need urgent attention owing to timescales involved when notice is served on the Agency by the Landlord or Lease Holder. BAU Estates, then, requires its own provision for professional services to enable completion of events and prevent breach of agreements and incurring additional costs.
