Brief Description of the Works MolFarma require Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services to design a new building for MolFarma/ Norwich Research Partners LLP at Norwich Research Park from Feasibility through Hand-over to Operations broadly in line with the works described in RIBA stages of development 1 to 6. The building is part of a project to provide a new transitional facility for the purpose of developing potential methods of producing high value material from plants. Building Control Approval will also be required for the building and a Consultant will be appointed to assist the successful Company to ensure that the applications and relevant approvals are completed in a timely manner. A cost consultant will be appointed by Norwich Research Partners LLP to assist with the project. To accommodate its growing audience, the V&A is looking to appoint an architect to create a new Members' Room on the second floor of its South Kensington site which will overlook the new Exhibition Road Entrance opening in Spring 2017. The Museum’s membership base is growing and it needs to provide a beautiful space which is able to cater to their needs. The ambition is that the design of the Members’ Room will take advantage of the views over the new Exhibition Road project creating a unique space which reflects the spirit of the Museum. 532 - Design Services for New Build Biotherapeutics Factory of the Future - CPI require a fully coordinated design team to provide architectural and engineering design services to i) develop the design of the FoF to RIBA stage 3 and provide a design package to enable a due diligence assessment by the funders TVU ii) to submit and obtain approval for a planning application for the proposed design which addresses the Reserved Matters and planning conditions for Central Park iii) to further develop the design package, typically around RIBA stage 3 and as described in the deliverables below and to provide the basis for a tender package for a Design and Build (D&B) Contract (by others). The scope of the engineering design and other services will include: civil and structural design, mechanical and electrical design, acoustician/vibration, fire engineer, ecologist, travel & transport assessment and other services required to provide information for the design and planning application. A topographical survey of the site is available which has been carried out for Darlington Borough Council (Appendix 4a and 4b) although they provide no warranty nor accept any liability. CPI will procure the Site/Ground Investigation (with assignees) with advice from the civil and structural designers. CPI will procure the BREEAM assessor and also appoint a Quantity Surveyor to develop the detailed cost planning in support of the design.

Architectural consultancy services for St George's Bristol - St George's Bristol is a charitable organisation based in Bristol. The organisation maintains a grade II* listed, converted church building which has been converted for the purpose of providing a concert venue and high quality entertainment facilities for the local residents. To ensure that the building remains fit for purpose St George's has elected to add a two storey extension to the building, including some alterations to the existing building. Part of the funding for the project has been secured from the Arts Council and Heritage Lottery Fund therefore the project must comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The project is currently at stage 3 of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013. An architect was identified for the preliminary stages of the project and their appointment completes at the end of stage 3. Therefore St George's now seeks the appointment of an architect for the remainder of the project, up to and including stage 7.
