CE-Hub Data Observatory & Policy Analysis - University of Exeter, UKRI National Interdisciplinary Circular Economy Research Hub is seeking expertise to deliver a set of defined circular economy data and policy instrument outputs within an 18 month time frame. The role requires in depth knowledge of UK data sources relevant to CE measurement and evaluation, statistical techniques to assure data integrity, reliability and uncertainty, and a proven ability to convert data outputs into an agreed CE value creation framework to demonstrate proof of value from CE interventions at a range of scales and in up to 10 different industry contexts. The role will also be responsible for selecting and applying a range of software tools for the visualisation and dynamic modelling of data and future scenarios within an on-line CE observatory and will also play a support role in the convening and co-ordination of stakeholder feedback, evaluation and knowledge exchange.
