The group will convene on scheduled periods (approximately every quarter) or by invitation from Army HQ. Meetings will be hosted by the UKDSC, who will provide secretariat services. Members should attend meetings and actively contribute to group discussions. Invitations are specific to individuals or a named deputy who may stand-in in the event of sickness, holiday, etc. However, for continuity, it is expected that the primary named contact will attend. There will be no remuneration for services offered. 2.3. Transparency The membership of the IAG, the dates and times of the IAG meetings, their agendas and summary of discussions will be made available by Army HQ unless it is necessary to keep this information confidential. 3. Selection Procedure All applications will be assessed against the selection criteria stated in this document and in the Terms of Reference (Link to the TOR's).
