Restorative Justice & Mediation Services Wirral - Wirral Borough Council's, Community Safety service are seeking to contract with a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver a Restorative Justice (RJ) and Mediation Service to assist in the resolution of local community issues. The purpose of this request for quotation is to provide potential suppliers with an opportunity to submit proposals for the delivery of this service using a problem-solving approach on behalf of the Community Safety service. In order to be successful bidders must be able to provide as a minimum but not be limited to the following: • Manage referrals via several referral channels. • Provide a depth of team with the experience of adherence to the RJC Best Practice Guidance • Tailor the service to meet the needs of all parties in terms of the RJ process. • Ability to facilitate community problem solving exercises. Migrant Londoners' Hub - The Greater London Authority's (GLA) Migration team is seeking an organisation(s) to work in partnership with the GLA to develop and maintain the Migrant Londoners' Hub on london.gov. The work will be delivered from December 2023 - May 2026.   The GLA is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary organisation or partnership between organisations to undertake this brief. The organisation(s) will need to evidence experience and expertise in communicating with migrant communities, as well as in-depth knowledge around the issues that they face. This should include regulated expertise in immigration and asylum law, as well as an understanding of migrants' rights and their holistic entitlements in areas such as welfare benefits, education, and access to healthcare. The aim of the Migrant Londoners Hub is to provide comprehensive information, guidance, and accessible resources to support as many migrant Londoners as possible to secure their rights and entitlements and thrive in London. Key audiences include new arrivals, European Londoners, young people with insecure status, refugees and people seeking asylum, undocumented people, people struggling due to the no recourse to public funds (NRPF) condition, The contract is reserved for suppliers based within Greater London under PPN 11/20. P0915 - Reopening of the Request To Participate (RTP) in a Flexible Contracting Agreement (FCA) for the provision of Refugee Support and Integration Services - Lots 1-5 - The Council wishes to establish a Flexible Contracting Agreement (FCA) via the Light Touch Regime in accordance with Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the Public Procurement (Amendments, Repeals and Revocations) Regulations 2016as set out in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Annex A) (PCR 2015) in relation to Social, Health and Education services. The Council wishes to establish a Flexible Contracting Agreement for support and integration services for refugees and sanctuary seekers who arrive and are living in Birmingham via Government initiatives and policies and who are entitled to local authority support. It will operate in a similar way to a Dynamic Purchasing System and remain open for suppliers to join at any time during the duration of the FCA. The Flexible Contracting Agreement (FCA) will be awarded to unlimited providers in each lot; providers can apply for multiple lots. Potential Suppliers only need to complete the Selection Questionnaire elements once, even if applying for more than one lot. The FCA is a two-stage process: o Stage 1 - Selection Stage - all Potential Suppliers must submit a Request To Participate and pass the criteria to be appointed to the FCA. UKSPF Debt Support Service - Opportunity Sheffield - This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. There is substantial evidence that debt can have a serious impact on people's ability to gain employment. This contract is commissioned as a wrap-around service to support the deliverables of the UK SPF with the aim of reducing debt and tackling money management as being a barrier to entering employment. The Provider shall deliver a priority 1:1 service for referred participants in receipt of the UK SPF Employment Support Service of this same fund whereby financial issues has been identified a barrier to entering the labour market, or who may otherwise benefit from additional support regarding debt or money management to achieve their goal of entering employment or other progression. The service shall provide advice and support regarding a full range of personal finance subjects dependent upon the individual need of the participant, including but not limited to: • An assessment of the needs of the individual and whether the Debt Support Service is appropriate • Universal Credit (eligibility, understanding and support with application) • Other benefits, funds, grants or schemes available now and that become available over the contract term (eligibility, understanding and support with application) • Debt resolution and advice • Positive intervention and coaching • Support with any other financial queries • General financial advice The service shall be available face to face, over the telephone and through video conferencing, led by the need and preferred form of contact by the participant. The Wellbeing and Resilience Project is a 15-month programme intended to support the migration sector to embed best practice systems and resources to support the wellbeing of practitioners, protect them from burnout and vicarious trauma, embed healthy working models in their policies and procedures and promote peer learning and collaboration. The programme will be designed in consultation with the recipients of the Migrant Advice and Support Fund (MASF), and the Hong Kong Community Fund, which includes organisations representing newly arrived and historically underserved communities including Deaf communities, LGBQI+ migrants and Windrush families, as well as new arrivals under the Hong Kong BN(O) visa. As practitioners in this field, community groups are the experts on what wellbeing means. PQ0426 - Independent Information, Advice, Mediation and Support for Foster Carers - AWARD - The Trust requires a supplier for the provision of Independent Information, Advice, Mediation and Support for Foster Carers. Birmingham Children's Trust (BCT) Fostering agency is an Independent fostering agency and is wholly owned by Birmingham's Children Trust. Currently there are around 570 approved foster carer households providing family foster placements to around 897 looked after children on behalf of BCT. We have around 184 approved related foster carers (family and friends foster carers, including regulation 24 temporary approved) and 386 mainstream foster carers (including step up, EDT). We seek to increase our number of approved households each year as part of our sufficiency strategy. As an Independent Fostering Agency, Birmingham have commissioned independent support for all foster carers. We are now choosing to tender for this service as this will allow us to have greater autonomy in appointing the service provider and ensuring that this is best able to meet the needs for Birmingham Children's Trust foster carers and as an organisation. We are required to provide this service to our foster carers as part of the national minimum standards for fostering.
