Provision of Social Media Monitoring and Associated Services - Background The CPS is responsible for prosecuting most cases heard in the criminal courts in England and Wales. It is led by the Director of Public Prosecutions and acts independently on criminal cases investigated by the police and other agencies. We have more than 6,000 highly trained staff whose duty is to make sure the right person is prosecuted for the right offence, and that trials are fair so that offenders are brought to justice whenever possible. The Requirement The requirement is for Potential Providers to provide the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) with a comprehensive social media monitoring and associated services. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform potential suppliers about the upcoming procurement. Any service offering that Potential Providers are willing to provide must meet the following requirements which are subject to change and review: 1. Multiple accounts over channels, circa 10. 2. Real-time Monitoring: The ability to monitor social media platforms in real-time. 3. Data Analysis: Tools for analysing data, identifying trends, and generating standard and bespoke reports and distributing reports. 4. Social listening across multiple channels. Ability to set up custom topics. 5. Publishing posts on multiple channels. Ability to add alt text / meet accessibility requirements. Scheduling features 6. Alert System: An alert system for specific keywords or phrases, such as Freedom of Information requests. 7. Combined inbox - able to see notifications/mention on platforms about our accounts. Ability to set up rules. Able to reply to messages/comments in software. 8. Link tree feature to go in bios. Link tracking 9. Tagging (for posts so we can easily make reports) 10. Circa 30 users. In-software training for the platform. 11. Ability to turn all outgoing/scheduled posts off. 12. Ability to identify our competitors/similar users and monitor their content. 13. Data Privacy Compliance: Compliance with all relevant data privacy laws and regulations. 14. NRM WONDERLAB SUMMATIVE EVALUATION - AWARD - The National Railway Museum's new interactive gallery, Wonderlab: The Bramall Gallery, invites audiences to play through 18 hands-on challenges, test their engineering skills, and immerse themselves in an explosive live show. Dynamic, dramatic and multi-sensory, it showcases the principles of engineering and science that relate to the railways. The gallery helps visitors to think like engineers. It showcases the ingenuity of engineers and allows visitors to engage in designing, building and testing. The gallery also promotes the fundamental skills engineers use such as problem solving and creativity. The Science Museum Group (SMG) wishes to appoint a consultant to undertake a summative evaluation of the gallery to understand how successful it was in meeting its aims and learning outcomes, as well as to explore visitors' response to the gallery environment, content and interpretation. Lessons learned from the evaluation will be applied to future exhibitions and galleries developed by SMG, particularly other interactive galleries.
