Supply, Install and Maintain Digital 48 Sheet Screens and Sell Advertising - Telford & Wrekin Council has identified 5 sites in the Borough for the potential installation of digital 48 sheet advertising screens and is inviting bids to: • Supply and install digital 48 sheet screens at the specified sites, to include all works including power and data connections • Provide a fully managed service including maintenance, payment of business rates, ongoing electrical supply and sale of advertising • Pay the Council a fixed annual rent per site for the duration of the contract The appointed provider will be required to cover all costs associated with the supply, installation, ongoing maintenance and repair of the screens and the sale of advertising. We have worked closely with Highways to establish suitable sites, taking into account footfall, along with access and power supply. We have started Pre-App on all sites, receiving our first approved site back. The Council anticipates that the contract will be in force for a fixed period of 10 years, with an option to extend by a period of up to a further 2 years (in one year intervals) thereon.
