Public Notices and Articles - Maldon District Council (MDC) is seeking a supplier to publish its Public Notices/Statutory Notices/Articles as per public notice legislation. The proposed contract will run from 10th August 2015 for a period of two years plus one year extension and will be let on the basis of a fixed price for the duration of the contract. Maldon District Council’s requirement for publishing of Public Notices/Statutory Notices and Articles is on an adhoc basis. Home Ownership Services - send out annual service charge invoices to approximately 8,700 leaseholders/freeholders. <b>Lot 2 </b> Both departments are required to send ad-hoc letters or notices to our customers, often at short notice e.g. newsletters, leaflets or letters to some or all customers <b>The requirement </b> We are looking to appoint a single contractor who can provide a start-to-finish service for each lot. Printing and delivery of Merseyrail timetables - 3rd October 2015 - 2nd October 2017 - Merseytravel are looking for 2 suppliers, who are experienced printers to provide printing and delivery of Merseyrail timetable leaflets (City, Northern and Wirral lines). Merseytravel anticipates that this will be a 2 year contract with a 1 year extension, commencing on the 3rd October 2015. The contract will be split into 2 lots. Lot 1 - City Line. Lot 2 - Northern and Wirral Lines. Suppliers may submit for both lots but if successful will only be awarded the maximum of one lot. Lot 1 will be awarded first, if the same supplier is successful on both lots, Lot two will be awarded to the second successful supplier on lot 2. BFI London Film Festival Branding Print and Installation - The BFI is tendering for a provider for a full service solution for event and venue print, installation and de-rig during the BFI London Film Festival. The scope of the provision includes the print, installation and de-rigs of various printed branding materials including, but not limited to, quads, window vinyls, free-standing boards, fixed branding boards and other elements of temporary signage, in 15-20 venues around London.
