Invitation to Tender for Photography Production Services - GC Business Growth Hub wishes to appoint an organisation(s) to enter into a Framework Contract for the delivery of photography services. This Framework Agreement shall comprise of two lots as follows, bidders may apply for either one or both of the lots. Lot 1 General Photography Lot 2 Commercial and Event Photography. Professional, dynamic, interesting and engaging imagery is central to GC Business Growth Hub's digital and offline presence. High quality photography is required for both online and offline marketing across a range of marketing channels, including, although not limited to; collateral, literature, multi-channel marketing campaigns, promoting Hub events, social media, website, press releases and for use on Hub and partner websites. GC Business Growth Hub requires the successful photographers to attend events, meet with clients for onsite photo shoots, and liaise with the central Hub marketing and PR functions to propose, scope and produce exciting, creative photographic images that capture the Hub activity and ethos. Images will be used across a wide range of channels. GC Business Growth Hub would expect a level of post-shoot editing to produce high quality end results. There could be a requirement to work with other Hub agencies, suppliers and third-party partners, including contracted suppliers for full service marketing, events, media and public relations, website design and digital. Resource will be drawn upon as and when required, within the conditions laid out in the Single Supplier Framework Agreement through "call off" contracts". The contract period will be from the award date for a period of one year, with an option, to be exercised at GM Business Support Limited sole discretion for two additional period of 12 months each, subject to satisfactory performance reviews. Please be aware that the current ERDF funding ends on the 31st December 2021. The likely value of activity under this two Lot single supplier framework will be between £20,000 and £90,000, based on an expectation of Lot 1 value being approximately £10,000 to £30,000 and Lot 2 value being approximately £10,000 to £60,000 excluding VAT.
