Domestic Homicide Review Chairs - Plymouth City Council ('The Council') would like to invite you to provide a tender for Domestic Homicide Reviews Chairs. In 2023, three Domestic Homicide Review (DHR) referrals have been accepted by Safer Plymouth, the Community Safety Partnership (CSP). It is necessary for Plymouth City Council (PCC), on behalf of the CSP, to seek experienced DHR Chairs to independently conduct these reviews. Two of these reviews are related to suicide and one a homicide. The anticipated duration of the contract is until the DHR Overview Report and Executive Summary Report has been agreed by the Home Office Quality Assurance Panel.
