Nearly New Refrigerated Electric Van Celtic Fish and Game Limited St Ives Cornwall - Established in 1985, we are a family run business based in St.Ives Cornwall, supplying the finest and freshest ingredients to everyone across the UK. Dad Geoff, mum Sylvia, daughters Emma, Naomi and Hannah and niece Zoe all play vital roles in the day to day running of Celtic Fish and Game. Geoff, a fisherman with over forty years experience in the catching sector brings a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of the fishing industry. Celtic Fish and Game began sourcing fresh fish from local markets (Newlyn, Plymouth, Looe and Mevagissey) and boats and wild seasonal game from local estates. In its early days the product range spanned a single A4 page listing 35 local species of fish and whichever game was in season at the time. Today we stock over 1300 products. We deliver fresh produce daily Nationwide. In Cornwall we use our own fleet of vans to complete all deliveries. Those further afield we outsource to DPD. We are looking to procure a nearly new refrigerated van as the company moves towards it goal of reducing our carbon equivalent emissions. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project. We will assess tenders received on lowest compliant Tender.

Chesterfield Canal Partnership - Canal Corridor Masterplan - The Chesterfield Canal Partnership is seeking to prepare a new Masterplan to provide a strategic framework for the regeneration of the Chesterfield Canal between Chesterfield and Kiveton Park. The works will take place in three stages to broadly align with HM Treasury Green Book guidance: - Stage 1 will be a programme-level Strategic Outline Business Case - Stage 2 will be determined from Stage 1, and is broadly expected to be derived of four sub-programme level Outline Business Cases - one for each of the three local authority regions, and a thematic case for boat moorings and water-based development covering the full length of the Masterplan. - Stage 3 will be determined from Stage 2, and is broadly expected to be derived of a number of Full Business Cases at individual project or smaller sub-programme levels. The Chesterfield Canal Partnership is seeking consultants for two elements of the above via this opportunity: - Stage 1: Programme-level Strategic Outline Business Case - Stage 2: One of the four Outline Business Cases, for the North East Derbyshire local authority region. The remaining elements of Stage 2 and all of Stage 3 will be commissioned at a later date. The tender documents are attached to this notice and are available from the Chesterfield Canal Trust, which is managing the procurement on behalf of the Chesterfield Canal Partnership. St Newlyn East Village Hall New Roof, Wall Insulation and Refurbishment - St Newlyn East Village Hall is a well loved community building in the centre of our village in Cornwall. The hall was originally opened in 1985 and was wholly financed and built by the villagers after extensive community led fundraising. The hall has been run by volunteers in the community for the community for nearly 40 years and is home to a number of regular user groups - local children and pensioner groups; wheelchair dancing troupe, toddler group, craft, sport and hobby clubs etc. In addition, the hall is the focus of regular annual community events such as our village Feast celebration, Parish Show, local carnival, as well as community commemoration of national events such as the Coronation and Jubilee and of course a great many local family celebrations. The hall also hosts regular local fundraising events, such as music concerts, cream teas, plays, coffee mornings, games evenings etc which are crucial to the survival of local clubs and institutions. The hall is an essential lynchpin of community life and has (and does) play a huge part in bringing our community together. This has been particularly evident since the Coronovirus outbreak and has proved fundamental in building our community resilience and allowing our neighbours to mutually support and problem solve, through what for many, has been the most challenging of times. Our project vision is to nurture an inclusive, vibrant network of local innovators, able to connect, support, problem solve and enable our community to flourish into the future. We will achieve this by developing our existing village hall into a vibrant community hub that acts as a catalyst to attract youth, NHS and wellbeing services into our locality. Our Hall, Our Future will create a versatile, digitally up-to-date work hub suitable for individuals, meetings, conferences, Teams meetings alongside work from home people and students. We will open our doors to attract, welcome, and become a home to, satellite services such as youth, NHS and community wellbeing services allowing local people to reach their potential, nurture ideas, create local leaders and strengthen the foundations of our community. To achieve this we intend to commission the following: a. general refurbishment (Tender CLUP05-01 Ten 1v1) b. thermally insulate the roof (Tender CLUP05-01 Ten 1v1) c. thermally insulate the walls (Tender CLUP05-01 Ten 1v1) d. install solar panels and battery storage and replace the inefficient oil boiler with air source heating. provide community electric vehicle charging ports (Tender CLUP05-02 Ten 2) .
