EPOS Refresh Programme - EPOS Refresh Programme The College currently has a mixture of point of sales systems from three different vendors, most of which are now end-of-life. The intention is to procure a replacement system from a single supplier to cater for the needs of all College business and one that may be used as a teaching tool for its students. The College is seeking to establish a Contract for supply, installation, commissioning, support and maintenance of equipment as part of its EPOS refresh programme. Suppliers are required to note that owing to limitations in opening hours and access to staff for training, the College may wish to implement in a staged manner, treating each business separately. University of Sunderland - Student Bursary Online Store Solution - AWARD - The University of Sunderland is looking to engage with a provider of a Student Bursary Online Store Solution to support and enhance the student experience and achieve success in their studies. The students will procure (using their bursary) relevant learning materials, through the use of a one stop shop solution, using an online website and smart card technology. Including printed books, ebooks, equipment, stationery, IT equipment, and other associated student related requirements including for example University internal services and products. Additionally students, etc will be able to top us with additional personal funds (if required). Spend is estimated at £500,000 GBP per annum (there are no guarantees on spend level), we reserve the right to spend a further 50% of the anticipated spend subject to changes to requirements across the University for the duration of the award. The appointed supplier will be required to attend open events, fresher fayres, etc, provide an online store solution, marketing material, and smart card/online access, along with excellent customer service, management information and delivery of goods direct to the students. An initial 2 year contract, with the possible extension of a further 2 years, commencing approximately September 2019.

Loose Furniture and Fitting to include Library, Archive Reading Room, Office and Visitor Area and Library Shelving for Kresen Kernow (Lots 1, 2, 3) - Cornwall Council requires detailed and costed proposals for the loose furniture in the public and staff areas in Kresen Kernow. The office furniture needs to be completed by the 29th March 2019. Please note that the exact dates for installation are to be finalised in discussion with the Service Provider. The Service Provider will be responsible for the provision and installation of the furniture specified in the requirements document in the individual Lots. Lot 1 - Library, Archive Reading Room and Visitor Area Furniture - Cornwall Council requires detailed and costed proposals for the loose furniture in the public library, archive reading room and visitor areas in Kresen Kernow Estimated Total Value - £170,000 Lot 2 - Library Shelving - The Service Provider will be responsible for the provision and installation of the library shelving to accommodate a minimum of 145 linear metres (maximum 180 linear metres) of book stock in the Cornish Studies library in Kresen Kernow. Estimated Total Value - £40,000 Lot 3 - Office Furniture - The Service Provider will be responsible for the provision and installation of the office and meeting room furniture.
