LEISURE GOODS FOR HARROGATE BOROUGH COUNCIL - Harrogate Borough Council is looking for a provider of Leisure Goods. 1.3 The contract will run for a period of up to 4 years (2 + 2 years). It is envisaged that the contract will commence on 1 April 2020. The volumes provided are indicative based on previous years trading. We do not guarantee to purchase at this level in the future as our requirements will increase/decrease depending on trade across the sites. The codes and item description provided relate to our current provider Zoggs, please quote your closet equivalent in terms of style and quality. We require a fixed price list for the first two years of the contract together with any percentage discounts that you may offer. Thereafter prices may be revised annually in line with inflation and with prior agreement. We require swimming caps in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, gold and white, which are to be printed with the Learn to Swim logo. A fixed price for the four years is requested for the printed swimming caps. The contract is to include 1000 goodie bags per year for the schools galas and 500 goodie bags for the Learn to Swim gala (free of charge) both to consist of a minimum bag, water bottle and key ring. Please state what your company will provide for the goodie bags. This is an opportunity for your company to publicise your products at these events. Product/sales training - we would wish the successful supplier to provide training related to product information to enable staff to pass on the information to potential purchasers.
