2197 - Replacement and Refurbishment of Performance Flooring at the Performance Arts Centre for Excellence (PACE) at De Montfort University, Leicester - The University is seeking to contract with a supplier who will need to carry out replacement and refurbishment work to our performance studios floor. We are looking for the contracted supplier to replace the performance floor in our Performance Arts Centre of Excellence (PACE) building, room 1.03 and we are looking for refurbishment work to a second performance flooring which is also situated in the PACE building, room 0.04. We are soliciting proposals for the installation of new, state-of-the-art performance flooring. The performance floors, each measuring approximately 16 metres by 16 metres, require prompt attention. A site visit will be made available to facilitate the planning and execution of this project. Lancaster University Flooring Framework - In order to submit your interest in this tender, please download the documentation from In-Tend, complete, and return. Please ensure any clarifications are submitted through In-Tend well in advance of the submission deadline in order to guarantee a response. This is a framework contract for flooring repair and replacement services. One supplier shall be appointed to the University Framework, which shall run for up to 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance and annual review. Works will involve indoor flooring of all types within the University (including timber and engineered wood, and some tiling work), and will range from a single room to several residential blocks. Most internal flooring works are expected to be within our current building portfolio, and shall be a mixture of refurbishment and reactive maintenance repairs. You may on occasion be required to install flooring into new buildings, however in most instances you will be expected to carry out the work in occupied and furnished buildings. This will include the removal of furniture, the uplift and disposal of existing flooring finishes, and the adequate preparation of substrate, including use of correct products i.e. screed, adhesives etc, to lay new flooring. You will also be expected to provide advice and guidance on flooring products suitable for different areas, some specialised - such as laboratories. This contract is required to undertake numerous projects over Summer and Easter holiday periods, as well as also providing responsive reactive repairs service throughout. The contractor will be required to demonstrate how their resources will be deployed and available as required under this contract. All aspects are to be carried out to the highest standards of workmanship with no defects. The successful supplier must be able to problem solve and assist with asbestos rectification work.

2022 - 0986 Flooring Works Framework - AWARD - Citizen wishes to enter into a Flooring Framework with up to three Contractors per Lot. Lots will be split into three geographical areas as described below, to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money.
