Measured Term Contract - <b>Measured Term Contract</b> <b>Expressions of interest</b> The Council of the City of Gloucester (The Council) wishes to invite tenders for carrying out the repair and maintenance of various Council owned or managed buildings. The repair and maintenance includes electrical, mechanical, (gas safe works), roadworks (highway maintenance) and plumbing. This will include reactive maintenance and planned works.
