Our initial considerations and main requirements would be: • Supply and erect Information boards; approx. 6no • The contractor is responsible for the welfare of its staff; as required. • To remove all arisings to the tip off site • To supply and lay Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) with 10mm aggregate surface course 40mm thick; approx. 1722m² • To Supply and lay Bond Coat K-140, 0.4l/m2; approx. 1722m² • To provide cold milling (Plaining) of the area, 40mm; approx. 498m² • Supply and lay pre-cast concrete kerb(s) type HB2 laid straight or curved exceeding 12m radius; approx. 15m • Leave site clean and tidy • Allow for excavation of soft ground and stabilise as necessary, avoiding damage to underground services. • Carry out site surveys to ensure underground and over head service drains, cables, pipes and anything else are not damaged or interfered with. Roofing and associated works and services - VIVID recently conducted a tender for roofing and scaffolding works which was subsequently abandoned, and VIVID is now reconsidering its procurement strategy and the delivery of roofing and scaffolding works across its portfolio. VIVID is now inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate in pre-market engagement for VIVID’s future requirements in order to assist in identifying the most effective approach. We intend to conclude pre-market engagement, finalise a procurement strategy for the re-procurement and commence the procurement exercise as soon as possible (with a target of within 6 months). In order to facilitate this period of pre-market engagement and the ensuing procurement exercise, VIVID intends to enter into an interim below threshold contract for a maximum period of up to 12 months. This contract will ensure the continued provision of our non-leaseholder roofing replacement programme, responsive repairs to roofs, and associated scaffolding works whilst VIVID procures a replacement contract. Planned roofing replacements for leaseholder properties will be procured separately during this time.

Flat Roof Replacement at Arpley Street Police Station - The flat roofs at Arpley Street Police Station have reached their end of life and require total removal of existing and replacement with a suitable flat roof system, including removal and elimination of redundant glazed rooflights, removal and replacement of lantern lights over leaded roof domes with UPVC conservatory style lanterns, all necessary access equipment and edge protection etc. Works should commence no later than Monday 10th June 2024 and be completed by Friday 19th July 2024.
