NOE CPC Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM) - The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework for the provision of Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM). The framework will provide a one stop shop for organisations to fulfil their Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Service (Hard FM) requirements, with suppliers selected for their experience and ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services and works that combine quality, value and compliance. The framework has been designed to facilitate current trends in FM and also to provide a flexible route for Estates and FM departments within contracting authorities to procure services. The framework Lots have been configured to enable Service Providers to be able to bid for areas within their specialism, making it friendly for SME's. Service Providers have the option of bidding for one or more Lots within the framework, with NOECPC appointing up to 12 Service Providers for each Lot. Provision of an Electrical Contractor Service for Blackpool Illuminations - Blackpool Council requires a suitably experienced and qualified service provider to provide an electrical support service to the in-house illumination team on an ad-hoc basis for the electrical infrastructure for Blackpool Illuminations, the illuminations features themselves and the tramway lighting on the Blackpool Tram network. The work will be on an ad-hoc basis when required and therefore Blackpool Council cannot guarantee any volumes of work, however Blackpool Council anticipates that the value of the contract will be approximately £40,000 per annum.

Poole Park Tennis Courts Floodlight Installation - Poole Park is a Grade II listed late Victorian public park, owned and manged by BCP Council, lying just to the north of-east of Poole Town Centre. The tennis courts, set within the northern boundary, have been part of Poole Parks history from the outset. Originally grass, they were replaced with hard courts in 1948 and then upgraded to a tarmacadam surface in 2013. The tennis courts, comprising of 4 adult courts and 2 mini courts, are a significant part of the popularity of the park. The floodlight proposal is to extend playing and coaching opportunities into the winter months of the year and provide a sustainable facility. Each of the four adult courts will have floodlight provision that can be operated and booked individually, thus only the courts booked will be lit. The proposal is 12 columns painted green and galvanised to blend in with existing fencing and court surfacing. The fittings are specialist outdoor fittings designed to limit the light spill on the surrounding area.
