Redecoration of external doors, fascia's and soffits - At Rivers House, Chelmsford we require redecoration works on external doors, facias and soffits. To include any minor repairs and making good where necessary. The office is a brick built, double-storey building with a hipped roof, and a connected single-storey with flat roof. Fascia's are timber clad, with an overhang to the front of the property on the flat roof. A site survey is recommended and can be made by appointment. Tenders will be evaluated based on price, skills and experience, programme of works and Health and Safety / CDM competence; for further details please see the attached evaluation matrix. As relevant, under CDM (2015) regulations, you would be expected to carry out the role of both Designer, and Contractor/Principal Contractor.
