Caretakers Bungalow Refurbishment Works - SSC Partnership (an Agent) on behalf of the Astrum Multi Academy Trust is currently out to tender for the refurbishment works contract to the Caretakers bungalow. Bierton Parish Council - Jubilee Hall Refurbishment 2024 - Bierton Parish Council is proposing to refurbish the hall to bring it up to 21st century standards and make it a practical space for the benefit of all users. It is intended that the hall will become a much more inviting and useable facility for people of all ages, who may have the full range of mobility and other issues. Experienced and established building contractors are invited to tender for the contract. It is anticipated that the work will be carried out in July and August of 2024 with the hall ready for use by the end of August or early September 2024. There maybe some room for a little flexibility with these dates. The hall is a detached building located on the main A418 which runs through Bierton. It has a small carpark at the front. All main utilities are available within the hall and the successful contractor will have exclusive use of the building and site (including toilet facilities) during the period of works. A programme of works for this project will be agreed between Bierton Parish Council and the chosen Contractor.
