Contract for the Inclusion on Wyre Forest District Council Temporary Accommodation Framework - Wyre Forest District Council has a legal duty under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended) to provide temporary accommodation for single people or homeless households whilst an application for housing is being assessed. The Council wishes to appoint multiple providers to offer temporary accommodation on a call-off basis as required. Providers are required to meet minimum standards of service provision to be included on the framework. The evaluation process will consider all relevant submitted evidence and written information provided by each Provider in relation to the specific requirements as set out within this ITT and the supporting documentation.
