Ecology Surveys, Assessments & Reporting including Biodiversity Net Gain Levelling Up Funding - 3no. Sites RFQ - In 2023 East Lindsey District Council were successful in a Levelling Up bid to develop three historic sites in Alford and Spilsby, Lincolnshire. The LUF award was for £8.1 million, and these projects need to be realised by March 2026. This is a great opportunity to be part of the team that saves these historical buildings and really makes a difference to the local communities. The need to appoint a suitably qualified person to undertake ecological surveys and associated assessments, reporting and recommendations within the curtilage of the sites. An Arboriculture survey and report has been appointed separately.

SCC- CB- Alfold Flood Alleviation Scheme FAS Surveys - Surrey County Council (SCC) is looking for a Consultant under the Lot 1. Property Flood Survey, of Property Flood Resilience Measures of the Environment Agency's National Property Flood Resilience Framework to deliver Property Flood Resilience (PFR) measures to properties within the Alfold Crossways catchment area. The appointed Consultant will be required to carry out a survey and produce a detailed Property Flood Resilience Survey Report for each property providing sufficient information to allow the installation Contractor to review, design, measure, and cost. The PFR scheme is estimated to take 2 years to deliver. This specification only covers Lot 1 for the survey and therefore we would only expect costs to vary depending on how many properties take up the offer to have the survey completed. The project delivery contingency has been determined using an optimism bias of 30% which is appropriate for PFR schemes.
