The supplier will deliver a report which will : Provide analysis of the current and future demand and supply factors relating to flexible workspace suitable for enterprises in the growth sectors. Collate up to date information on the availability, the size, type, location, cost, broadband connectivity, ancillary services offered, lease terms and ownership of a variety of workspaces such as hourly desk hire, co-working space, artist workshops, short term lets, start-up spaces, hot desks, incubators. Identify any special requirements for workspaces to accommodate the types of activity identified. Recommend what models of flexible and affordable workspace are likely to be relevant in Tower Hamlets. Make recommendations for the best way of working with property developers to accommodate the needs of Tower Hamlets growth businesses. Identify current or future commercial developments which would be suitable for delivering co-working space/flexible workspace. PP15059 - Junction 2 Business Survey - Junction 2 Employment Area is an important strategic employment area comprising one of the UK's most successful Enterprise Zone areas at i54, Wolverhampton Business Park, Pendeford Business Park, Boundary Industrial Estate and Trinity Court. Junction 2 Employment Area is situated in the west of the Black Country in South Staffordshire and Wolverhampton adjacent to Junction 2 of the M54, Stafford and Wobaston Road. The area is home to some of the Black Country's strategic companies including Jaguar Land Rover's engine plant, UTC Marstons, Eurofins and Moog. A dashboard for Junction 2 has been developed to capture information directly from companies and providers on job opportunities, construction job opportunities, travel to work patterns, education, skills and training. An in-house business survey was carried out in 2014 to capture this information from the existing business base. In addition, it captures other important information on existing and future business requirements for business support, broadband, local transport infrastructure, skills requirements etc. The overall purpose of this work is to allow project sponsors to fully understand the economic impact of the Junction 2 area and to assist the partners to further develop, improve and prioritise support offered to local businesses. The project should also provide better real time information to enable us to tailor business support, ensure local skill requirements are met and target businesses with services to meet their specific needs.

Management consultancy for a major service transformation project - The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is an independent specialist neurosciences NHS Trust hospital providing a high quality, integrated and multidisciplinary neurosciences service to Merseyside, North Wales, the Isle of Man and part of West Lancashire which totals a population of 3.5 million. The Walton Centre is adjacent to the Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust which is a busy District General Hospital Trust located 6 miles from the centre of Liverpool. The Walton Centre is based in a purpose built building, opened in 1998. It is virtually self-contained and has 150 beds (including an 8 bedded day ward and a hyper acute rehabilitation ward with 10 beds. Critical care facilities comprise a 16 bedded dedicated Neuro-Intensive Care Unit and a 4 bedded high dependency area. A satellite unit for radiation oncology on the Walton site opened in February 2011 which includes a stereotactic radiotherapy/radiosurgery facility. The Trust is organised into two clinical divisions; division of neurosurgery, critical care, anaesthesia, pain and neuropathology and the division of neurology, neurorehabilitation, neuroradiology, neurophysiology and pharmacy. The Trust is looking to undertake a service transformation programme in order to generate more theatre and ward capacity and to ensure other key productivity measures are all achieved at the highest standards. This procurement is packaged into two individual projects (patient pathway review and theatre utilisation review) for which the Supplier will be expected to provide individual costs, however due to the inter-dependencies of the projects, bids will be evaluated as one package and therefore only one Supplier will be appointed.
