Business Ready Growth Specialist 2022 - CANCELLED - The BR2Ext Programme is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with further funding from Warwickshire County Council (WCC). The extension period of the Business Ready programme is the 18-month period from 1st January 2022 - 30th June 2023. This Growth Specialist procurement will be from the date of the tender until 30th June 2023. UWSP reserves the right to extend BR2Ext by further periods after 30th June 2023 up to, but not exceeding 36 months (last date this can be extended to is 30th June 2026), at the discretion of UWSP based on the contract performance of the successful applicant and the availability of funding. The value of this procurement process is up to £200,000. The procurement of Growth Specialists is following national guidelines for procurement of ERDF funded projects. Consultancy services to support the development of a data strategy for Cambridge Life Sciences - Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, acting as contract awarding authority on behalf of Cambridge University Health Partners (CUHP), is inviting Tenders for the provision professional consultancy services to support the development of a data strategy for Cambridge Life Sciences. Cambridge University Health Partners (CUHP) is one of eight Academic Health Science Centres in England whose mission is to improve patient healthcare by bringing together the NHS, industry and academia. The partners are: • The University of Cambridge • Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust • Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust • Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The objective is to establish a vision, framework and overarching roadmap for our approach to enabling the use of data in Cambridge to support the life science mission of 'discover, demonstrate and deliver' that is bought into and supported by key system stakeholders. The resulting recommendations are unlikely to be a single programme or activity. The initial consultancy will comprise approximately 4-6 weeks work - delivered over a protracted timescale to allow pauses for stakeholder engagement and iterative feedback. There will however be opportunity thereafter to provide subsequent consultancy services related to the initial project through to 4 April 2024. Kingston Placemaking Panel - The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the 'Council') would like to invite all the potential Providers to tender for the provision of required services. The Council has a requirement to appoint a Consultant to deliver the required services, including the establishment of a Kingston Placemaking Panel comprising a diverse multidisciplinary team of design and built environment experts, and manage the delivery of design reviews. The objective of the proposed Contract is to commission the establishment of a Kingston Placemaking Panel and associated services, which will provide design advice on development proposals within the borough, for fees which will be agreed with the Council and paid by the Developers which use the service. The proposed contract requirements will be delivered in accordance with the Council's requirements for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further twelve months. The Council declared a Climate Emergency during 2019 and is committed to an objective of becoming Carbon Neutral by 2038, therefore as a Council to consider the following: - Energy efficiency in homes and workspaces - Generating and harnessing energy - Sustainable transport and travel - Air quality improvements - Biodiversity and green spaces - Waste management, recycling and the circular economy. It is expected that the Kingston Placemaking Panel and associated services will support the Council in delivering an environmental and sustainable borough.
