Consultancy support services to Community Health Partnerships (CHP) for Finance Systems Scoping Project - CHP has a requirement to acquire a new finance system with the standard transaction and data management capabilities that can support self-service users working in hybrid conditions. These would include: billing module, cash book, sales and purchase ledgers, purchase order system, asset management, reporting as a base minimum. The Finance Systems team would also desire flexibility within the system to modify and create bespoke functions for the continuous improvement of the platform. Community Health Partnerships are looking to engage with an IT Consultancy expert with specialist knowledge of finance systems to understand the Company's requirements, produce a specification, scope the market, and assist with the planning and implementation of the new system as the organisation makes the transition from the existing systems (currently two ledgers and a separate billing module) to a consolidated one that is ready for use by 01/04/24. The consultant would need to be available to facilitate workshops for knowledge gathering and understanding the needs of each department that would use the system. Community Health Partnerships would also be looking to consolidate work currently being done outside the Financial System to incorporated in the solution and look towards maximal automation within the platform.

Tenant Satisfaction Survey - TITLE OF PROJECT Tenant Satisfaction Surveys BRIEF DESCRIPTION Sandwell Council's Housing Service would like to deliver annual satisfaction surveys to tenants, across a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further two years. This will enable the council to collect feedback from the tenants to aid the improvement and development of services delivered. Following the delivery of the survey's results, an analysis of the findings is to be completed and presented back to the council shortly after. By the surveys being delivered under contract, allows the opportunity for the work to be delivered under business-as-usual utilizing a methodology and delivery approach that increases response rate. The survey delivery has now become a requirement of the Housing Regulator and Consumer Standards Framework. Sandwell has a housing stock of approx. 28,059 properties including private finance initiative properties not including an additional 1,290 leaseholders. The satisfaction surveys will need to include all Sandwell Council tenants including private finance initiative properties, whilst the leaseholders require their own, individual surveys carried out. Sandwell currently collect data on the demographic of tenants including but not limited to gender, age, ethnicity, and the proportion of tenants with disabilities. The satisfaction surveys will need to be representative of Sandwell tenants considering both population and demographic. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents.
