Mobile Locational Analytics Data 2024 - AWARD - 1.3 Description of scope/Specification 1. Historic England is looking to purchase data collected through mobile platforms and other digital hardware to produce research for the Cultural Heritage Capital Programme (CHC). We need data for informed decision-making using locational analytics from mobile devices and other sources. The successful candidate will provide data and insights on movement patterns, visitor frequency, dwell time, and where visitors are residentially from. 2. The research aims to explore the use of data from mobile devices and other sources for alternative sampling methods in economic valuation. The collected data will be used for econometric analysis and descriptive statistics. 3. There must be scope for 15 separate heritage sites to be analysed. More will be preferred. Essential data on movement patterns, visitor frequency and where visitors are residentially from should be available for at least 5 heritage sites when the contract start date. All heritage sites will be expected within 28 calendar days of the starting date. If availability exists to change these locations afterwards, such time limits will not contain them. 4. The successful candidate will be awarded up to ?50,000 (including VAT) for the services pretraining to this tender. Not all of this funding must be used. If a candidate suggests a bid above ?50,000 the bid will automatically be disregarded. The price of the service will be considered as part of the 'Most Economically Advantageous Tender'. The award criteria in full can be seen in full in section 3.1. Data: 5. Historic England must be able to use the data for aggregated and statistical analysis purposes. The findings from the statistical analysis will be published. Graphical representations of aggregated data may be published. 6. Data should be provided in forms which allow further manipulation (e.g. SPSS, CSV or Execl files). Any additional mapping or access to software would also be welcome. Data will be shared internally within the organisation. 7. The successful candidate must provide details on how long access to the data will be provided and how far back data can be viewed. The platform must also provide information on how quickly new data will be updated. Required Data - 8. Failing to provide the required data will result in automatic withdrawal of the tender. 9. The number of visitors: This data is necessary to understand how many visitors are visiting a defined geographical area of the researcher's choice. 10. Visitor origin data (minimum MSOA level or equivalent geographical region): This data provides information on where visitors are coming from. 11. Project 1674 - Risk Stratification Software for Gloucestershire ICB - NHS Gloucestershire ICB over the last 12 months has been refocusing on its data strategy as an organisation; taking greater responsibility over the processing of its data from its partners. Both through an increase in staffing and recognition over the COVID-19 pandemic of the importance of timely and statistically valid data in answering population health queries. We are now looking to a procure a service to enhance our population health offering through this procurement to include a set of robust and clinically explainable scoring and segmentation on our system health care. Population health analytics enables this by combining information from primary and secondary care and grouping patients based on clinical need. Statistical models are then applied to identify patients with high predicted risk of future service use.

DHSC:NHSPP Primary Care Incentives Consultation - The Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England have made a commitment to consult the profession and the broader public regarding the future of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF). To honour this commitment, we will soon be launching a public consultation on Incentives in Primary Care. Local Activity Data - The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (CA) are looking to procure services for delivery of local activity and spending data within the region. The Supplier needs to provide footfall and spending data across all five local authority districts within West Yorkshire: Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield. This will include the number of people travelling into and within a defined location, how they use their time within the location, and how they interact with the space; for instance, how much they spend and what they spend on. It also needs to include information on the modes of transport used to reach the destination, and demographic information to demonstrate how different segments of the population engage with the area. This commission is for a three-year contract to provide local activity data on an ongoing basis.
