Adopter voice and influence project - In support of the National Adoption Strategy the Regional Adoption Agencies (RAAs) Leaders Group are seeking a Provider to undertake a comprehensive assessment of adopter engagement practices across the country, identify good practice and barriers to participation and provide strategic guidance and support for regions on how to develop adopter engagement. Leeds City Council is undertaking this tender on behalf of the Adoption England team, a collaboration of 32 Regional Adoption Agencies (RAAs) across England working together with a small national strategic team to help support them delivering high quality support for children and families. Bespoke Customer Service Training - The council is looking to deliver a bespoke customer service programme specifically targeted for officers who deliver a front-line service either face to face or over the phone to a diverse range of citizens in Sandwell. The training package needs to deliver face to face sessions in small groups as well as the option to develop a training design that can be converted by Sandwell's inhouse Learning & Development team to an eLearning course for all Sandwell Council employees. The face to face sessions will need to be delivered at one of the Sandwell Council sites. The estimated budget available for the delivery of this training is £90,000 and the contract period will be for 1 year, commencing April 2024.
