YAS169 NHS111 User Surveys and Analyses - Yorkshire Ambulance NHS Trust (YAS) is seeking a suitably qualified provider of ‘User’ experience survey and analysis services to support our NHS 111 service. NHS 111 is a national health line designed to assist callers with non-emergency healthcare needs. Users access the service by dialling a free phone number 111. The logo for the service is ‘Call 111 when it’s less urgent than 999’ YAS is a NHS 111 service provider across the Yorkshire and Humber region which is one of the largest geographical areas in England, with a population of 5.3million potential callers. As such YAS has a contractual obligation to actively seek feedback from service-users to assess service quality. YAS / NHS 111 are therefore looking to utilise an external company that will provide a sense of independent assurance to the commissioners of the service. This will consist of postal surveys and analyses of the returns; additionally providing timely reports, summary presentations of high level results and user comments. Interested parties must possess Care Quality Commission accreditation in order to be considered for this procurement opportunity. There is no commitment to spend under this contract, nor guarantee of work. The Trust reserves the right to not award a contract under this procurement. All other detail is available within the Invitation to Tender documentation, which will be made available via Intend to interested parties with the relevant qualifications. Contract intended start date – 22nd June 2015 Initial end date – 21st June 2017 Extension end date 21st June 2018 (if invoked) The Trust reserves the right to deviate from all given timescales should the need arise. The 1 year extension period is dependent upon satisfactory supplier performance, and subject to the Trusts needs at that time.

Child Maintenance Service - Survey of Direct Pay Clients - The DWP operates the statutory child maintenance scheme (administered by the recently launched Child Maintenance Service (CMS) and the Child Support Agency (CSA)) and funds Child Maintenance Options, a service which provides information and support for separating parents. The Government is committed to helping parents (both the receiving parent and paying parent) 1 to take responsibility for their children, and strengthening and supporting families is one of its key priorities. The Government’s view is that a parent’s failure to take responsibility for their children or to pay child maintenance is simply not acceptable. The main aims of this research are to measure the outcomes of Direct Pay in the short-term (i.e. around 3 months after putting an arrangement in place) and in the longer term (i.e. around 12 months after putting an arrangement in place), following the introduction of charging. This requirement is for a series of quantitative telephone surveys with key groups of clients. DWP will provide a sample files containing clients’ contact details. The supplier will be responsible for: Designing questionnaires, including cognitive testing and piloting (in conjunction with DWP)

GB-London: VE Regional Tourism Funds - Evaluation Framework and Reporting 2015-2017 - Two new regional tourism funds have recently been announced by the Deputy Prime Minister to stimulate international tourism to England – the £10m Northern Futures Fund, and the £5m South West Tourism Programme. Both funds are administered by VisitEngland and involve the delivery of multiple activity streams by national and local tourism organisations and other partners. Suppliers are invited to submit proposals for supporting VisitEngland in evaluating these programmes by developing evaluation frameworks and methodologies and by synthesising data to produce project reports.
