NCG Learner Destination Survey Services - NCG requires an external supplier to provide a service that captures the actual learner destination after they have left the college or training provider. This is an Ofsted requirement and is essential information that NCG must capture and analyse to improve future performance across the six divisions of NCG - Newcastle College, West Lancashire College, Newcastle Sixth Form College, Kidderminster College, The Intraining Group and Rathbone Training and adhere to the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework (CIF). The initial appointment will be for 24 months with two further 12 month optional extensions (making a total possible contract length of 48 months). AHSN Authorisation 360 degree Stakeholder Survey - The procurement of a 360 stakeholder survey for AHSNs would deliver the following: • An analysis of the relationships established by individual AHSNs with academic, health and industry partners; • An understanding of the awareness across the England’s health system for the concept of AHSNs; • To help inform development requirements of AHSNs to enable effective support and challenge through the assurance process; • Triangulation of the evidence of stakeholder and partnership working across the local health economy which is discussed as part of the quarterly assurance process; • It is intended to conduct the survey on an annual basis, to enable longitudinal analysis to be performed against a baseline. The baseline will be a snapshot of the current status and progress to date from inception.

WMUDF1 - WEST MIDLANDS ERDF URBAN DEVELOPMENT FUND EX ANTE MARKET ANALYSIS. - The six LEPs in the West Midlands have agreed to commission this first stage Ex Ante study to enable consideration of establishment of an Urban Development Fund (UDF) for the area to be capable of delivering ERDF investment but also with the capacity to jointly capture and secure other forms of public / private sector funding and revenue streams. Bidders are invited to submit quotations to deliver the Market Analysis Ex Ante stages, in compliance with national and EU/EIB guidance, regarding the market need and demand for a UDF in relation to all the eligible actions in the relevant LEP ESIF strategies to which a UDF can be applied. This comprehensive report will need to be completed by 16 October 2015. Tower Hamlets CCG - Voices2 - Capturing Bereaved Carer's Experience of Local Services - To capture the experiences of last years of life services by engaging with bereaved carers. This information will be used to improve services and highlight good practice. To undertake qualitative research into the needs and experiences of local residents, their families and carers during the last months and days of life and beyond. Intelligence obtained will enable evaluation of current services; provide evidence for new interventions and a baseline for evaluation, placing emphasis on understanding the perceptions of service users. The primary outputs of the project will be: • postal survey of a sample of bereaved carers/relatives (see service specification for sample size and stratification) • collection of survey results; • Assisted completion of survey for people who require language support • completion of interviews (see service specification for number of interviews); • analysis of the data to highlight key themes and recommendations
