SO13726; Audit of HR Policies and Procedures - ITT - The Authority is seeking to procure consultancy advice to conduct an audit of the HR policies and procedures, listed below, the majority, if not all, of which have been in place for between 2-5 years. Audit to consider: • Whether these policies may inadvertently have an adverse impact on employees with a disability • What steps, if any, can be taken to mitigate any adverse impact identified. Provision of business advice services for Cumbria Business Growth Hub & BSUS - This invitation is issued by Cumbria Chamber of Commerce in relation to business support planned as part of Cumbria Business Growth Hub and the Cumbria Business Start-Up Support initiative (BSUS). The ERDF BSUS start- up project phase 2 (currently in development) is expected to assist individuals and groups looking to start in business and young businesses in their first three years of trading, following on from the current ERDF BSUS project offering training needs analyses/diagnostics, advice and training, tailored to client needs. The intention is that the Chamber will deliver in the Carlisle, Eden, Furness and South Lakeland areas. This will operate under the umbrella of Cumbria Business Growth Hub. As part of this we are looking to refresh our frameworks of experienced business advisers (individual advisers and/or specified individuals within an organisation), both generalist and specialist, to carry out business reviews/training needs analyses, develop action plans and deliver advice and coaching to businesses and/or potential start-ups in Cumbria. This will be a flexible pool of sub-contracted advisers, drawn on as needed depending on factors such as levels of demand, client needs and preferences, experience and specialisms.

Salary and Benefits Benchmarking and Equal Pay Audit Services - NSAH (Alliance Homes) Limited (Alliance Homes Group) is seeking to let a contract to a single supplier, in relation to the provision of an independent external benchmarking and equal pay audit services, together with consultancy services to review the range of benefits offered to staff with a move towards a total reward approach, to enable pay related decisions to be based on qualitative and quantitative data in respect of staff employed by the Alliance Homes Group. The duration of the contract will be 2 years with an option to extend by 2 years at the end of the first 2 year period subject to an agreed % financial uplift of the submitted rates and delivery of key performance standards at the end of each financial year. Executive Search, Assessment and Recruitment to Senior Management Posts - <b>Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) invites tenders in respect of a contract for executive search, assessment and recruitment to permanent senior management posts in its revised senior management structure. </b> It should be noted that this contract is to support appointment on the Council's terms and conditions. It is expected that successful organisations would be those commonly referred to as executive head hunters. The revised management structure is currently subject to consultation which closes on 22nd June 2015. The recruitment process will, therefore, commence as soon as the contract is awarded and is likely to commence in July 2015.
