Hybrid Studio Refurbishment Project - The project relates to our Urban Innovation Centre (UIC) in Farringdon, London. In the 'Library' space within the UIC, we are looking to create a podcast recording studio for our Connected Places podcast. Within the same space we also want to be able to record video content through a portable AV and lighting set which can be moved around the building or externally as and when needed. The set up in the library will be used to record interviews and fireside chats with high level stakeholders who are visiting us at the UIC. No audience will be present at these recordings - the content will be used for different marketing channels e.g. social media. In the 'Auditorium' space within the UIC (our main event space for up to 100pax) we are looking to host hybrid events with livestreaming into our virtual event platform. Therefore, we need to evaluate what additional technical equipment needs to be purchased in order to achieve this as CPC already owns some assets. Please contact Silvia Peneva (Events Team Lead) for site visits which will be from W/C 22//11/2020 at email address: silvia.peneva@cp.catapult.org.uk Please register at link below and register if not already registered and Express an Interest on this project and you will be able to download the tender documents: https://procontract.due-north.com/Register

QU520 - Birmingham Parks Digital Content Revamp - AWARD - The Council requires a supplier for the provision of digital content for at least 100 of its Parks webpages. Birmingham is currently in the process of re-vamping our parks webpages on the Council's website to allow us to promote all of the amazing parks we have in the City. We are looking to showcase at least one hundred of the parks we have in Birmingham in line with a new "Green Ground" map that is being created to signpost our residents to these parks. The current provision is very basic and does not provide a sufficient overview of the 'look and feel' of our parks. To address this, we would like to update our online content - where each park has: • A written summary, providing a descriptive overview of the park and its general features • At least 4 photographs that showcase all its main features • (For larger parks) A 360-degree video, or compilation video that provides a 'walkthrough' summary of the park. • A list of facilities. • Any existing content available, such as digital maps or leaflets. • Plus, a friends group testimonial where appropriate. This contract will be for the period of just over 3 months. Commencing 18th October 2021 and expiring on 31st January 2022. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. If you wish to express an interest in this opportunity please click on the following link to access https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc/ and submit your details to register.
