PQ0503 - PURE Marketing and Publicity - Birmingham City Council (the Council) requires a provider for the provision of creating a PURE Marketing and Publicity campaign to advertise and market the PURE project to our specific cohorts, such as mental health, complex needs including drug and alcohol abuse, ex-offenders, domestic abuse, homelessness, people with disabilities and learning disabilities, visual and hearing impairment, citizens who have lost their employment due to other barriers. This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The UKSPF supports the UK government's wider commitment to level up all parts of the UK by delivering on each of the levelling up objectives. A summary of expected key deliverables is as follows: 1. Embed and produce a clear Marketing strategy that includes a social media steer 2. Support PURE Engagement events such as launch events/ awards/ jobs fairs. etc 3. Publicise & upkeep the PURE Toolkit and PURE Pledge 4. Maintaining a quarterly PURE Newsletter to share with all stakeholders 5. Create an end of project report to showcase all the successes of the previous year 6. The goal of this intervention is to increase active mobility and inspire positive behaviour change among ethnic minorities. This campaign also aims to reduce road safety concerns that have been barriers to the use of walking and cycling as a means of movement around the city. As part of this campaign, it is critical to address these concerns and offer practical solutions. You must use culturally appropriate approaches to encourage active mobility amongst ethnic minorities who live in the target wards in Birmingham.
