The Growth Company Invitation to Tender for Restart Provider Framework Opportunity - The Growth Company (GC) are looking to establish a small framework of high quality providers, who offer essential intervention services to support our participants on the Restart programme across our Restart delivery areas. The intervention services are designed to support individuals in overcoming barriers to employment and facilitating their successful reintegration into the workforce. This Framework will cover (GC's) delivery in South Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and the North West. Currently we understand that Restart South Yorkshire will have the most volume of requirements, however, all programmes will call off from the contract. In support of our current Restart contracts, GC is seeking to identify partners with the capability and capacity to deliver a high-quality employability services to support our participants on our Restart programme. We do not guarantee to call off any specific work during the term of the Framework and a place on to the Framework is not a guarantee of any awarded contracts. Our Restart Scheme Advisors will work with our customers to identify additional support requirements and will use this Framework to provide the right support and the best opportunities for the customer, considering the participants unique needs, geographical location and ease of access to services. We deliver the Restart Scheme across the North of England funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. It is a government Scheme providing up to 12 months of enhanced support to help individuals find a job in their local area. It's designed to break down any employment barriers that could be holding individuals back from finding work. Framework Agreement for the Provision of Driver Accommodation Training Venues - Staffordshire County Council (SCC) on behalf of the Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership (SSRP), deliver the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) in Staffordshire. NDORS courses are currently delivered by SCC both online and within a classroom environment across Staffordshire. Fair geographical coverage is essential to ensure we have suitable locations for residents of Staffordshire but also to attract clients from neighbouring counties. Providing venues around the county, thus minimising client travel is important to our organisational carbon reduction responsibilities. One meeting room will be required per venue for approx. one day per week. Courses will be delivered at venues secured via three lots. Each venue for each lot should be able to provide one training room to be available from 8am to 6pm all year round (Mon-Fri) for at least one day per week to be pre-arranged and confirmed by us at least 3 months in advance. D13 Enhanced First Aid Training for Firearms Officers - This is a contract award notice The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire (PCC) is seeking expressions of interest from companies able to provide D13 Enhanced First Aid Training for Firearm Officers. The Alliance is a collaboration between Cheshire Constabulary and North Wales Police Armed Response Units. The two Forces merged their retrospective armed response units in 2015, with a total of four operational ARV bases, Llandygai, St Asaph, Blacon and Winsford. The Alliance's requirements for the training is that the supplier provides a training venue enabling the Alliance to travel within an 80-mile radius (maximum each way) of all four ARV bases. When delivering Module 5 to Police Firearms Officers, the learning must be taught in a firearms context or other relevant context pertaining to the group, and the use of role play scenarios will be integral to the learning outcome. The ITT is in the form of an Online Questionnaire, where Tenderers must complete both the Quality and Price criterions. The Contract is anticipated to be for in place for an initial two [2] year period with the option to extend for a further three [3] twelve [12] month optional extensions.

The Birmingham Cultural Humility and Safety Training Pathway This work has been split into two key strands - Cultural Intelligence and Cultural Humility and Safety. i. Cultural Intelligence focuses on the strategic and leadership approaches to cultural inclusion, fairness and respect at a population or strategic level. ii. Cultural Humility and Safety focuses on person-to-person interaction and cultural fairness, inclusion, and respect between two people, whether as client and service provider, peers or employer and line manager. Cultural Humility and Safety training is for everyone. Communities, front line staff, managers and leaders can all benefit as it aims to develop the skills and awareness to facilitate personal interactions that acknowledge and respect cultural differences. The successful provider(s) will be expected to: o Determine how well the Cultural Intelligence Pathway and Cultural Humility and Safety Training Pathway is achieving its objectives and identify any areas for improvement. o Capture the different ways the Cultural Intelligence Pathway and/or Cultural Humility and Safety Pathway is being implemented in organisations and identify good practice e.g. in terms of training packages used, managerial and organisational support in place. o Understand the impact on trainees' knowledge, skills and confidence, and the impact of this on behaviour, and wider cultural competency. o Understand who is engaging and who is not engaging and the reasons for this. o Understand the value Cultural Intelligence Pathway and/or Cultural Humility and Safety Training Pathway in comparison to normal Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) provision.
