Accordingly, the character and quality of the proposals are intended to set a precedent and exemplar for future projects. A key focus of the grant funding and core project outcome is sustainable regeneration with these improvements core to the project brief helping Rother District Council meet its newly adopted Climate Strategy. The Council are therefore looking for a contractor with experience of working with existing buildings in delivering low-cost, high impact refurbishments. The successful contractor will work collaboratively alongside the architects, DK-CM, to deliver a high-quality build, within the defined budget and programme.
