2224 Provision of Building Energy Management System Maintenance and Repair at De Montfort University, Leicester - De Montfort University ("the University") requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out Planned Maintenance and Repairs to Building Energy Management System assets (listed in the TREND site summary document) along with providing a 24-hour, seven-day call out service to attend to breakdowns. The University proposes to enter into Contract for an initial period of three years commencing 1st August 2024 with the option to extend to a maximum total five years by way of two subsequent one-year extensions, subject to satisfactory performance over each period as reviewed against the specification and contract together with pricing. The University is conducting this procurement using the open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification of Requirements (Schedule 2). INTERMEDIATE CARE/REABLEMENT SERVICES FOR ESSEX - Essex County Council works with NHS Partners to jointly commission services which make up the Intermediate Care pathway, for people requiring short-term support within the community or following hospital admission, including reablement. Referrals to ECC’s Intermediate Care services can be via discharge teams in acute hospitals, or from the community to support hospital admission avoidance. To ensure ongoing availability of this service, the Council will be tendering for the delivery of reablement services to support the core service delivery from our Local Authority Company. The three year Additional Reablement Capacity contracts, known as ARC, will address further service demands across the county, divided into 5 distinct geographical locations. Significant efforts have been made to enhance intermediate care services across the county. This includes aligning contracts and fostering collaboration. Additionally, a dedicated project has been initiated to shape the future of Intermediate Care in Essex. In addition to the Additional Reablement Capacity this procurement also includes a demand for the 1-year new Home-to-Assess (H2A) service to support hospital discharge.
