Separators and Drainage Services - Avon & Somerset, Devon & Cornwall and Gloucestershire Police Forces have a requirement for the provision of a cleaning, emptying and maintenance service to the separators and other drainage assets located in police sites throughout Avon & Somerset, Devon & Cornwall and Gloucestershire. The intention of this contract will be to provide an ongoing programme of emptying and cleaning. Non-Housing Drainage - Leeds Building Services (LBS) on behalf of Leeds City Council are looking for one contractor to undertake the maintenance, responsive repairs and refurbishment of drains for non-housing (e.g. Schools, offices and commercial properties). Currently the Council has existing contractors in place to deliver this works. It is anticipated that the procurement will consist of one contractor to deliver responsive drainage works to non-domestic properties. Properties could include: Environmental Services (PC's: Household waste Sorting Sites) Parks & countryside (Park pavilions; depot buildings; cafes; container units; chapels) Learning Skills and universal services (Early Start and youth - offices and children's centres) Safeguarding, Specialist and Targeted (Children's Social Care and Youth Offending - offices and residential homes) Libraries Culture and Sport (Heritage (Mills, Museums): Arts and Events (Town Hall; Millennium Square; Carriage works; Sport (Leisure Centres)) Asset Management (Small industrial units; Investment) Economic Developments (Markets) Highways (Depots) Adult Social Care (Residential Homes, Day centres, Training Centres, Offices) Multi Service Occupancy; Commercial Services (Vehicle Workshop; Offices) The average number of repairs undertaken a year within this area is 500 jobs. Leeds City Councils is obligated to make sure that the drainage system within the boundaries of these buildings are maintained and repaired, so as not to cause a health and safety hazard. If repairs are not carried out this will impact on the health and wellbeing of people who use these premises such as sewerage backing up into the buildings, the smell and gases which can cause respiratory problems. It is proposed that any new arrangements covering Maintenance, responsive repairs and refurbishment of drainage will be on an initial 4-year period. There would be an option to extend this at the councils discretion.

Specialist Drainage Repair and Camera Surveys - Contractors will be expected to provide 24 hours a day 365 days a year service for clearing and unblocking of drainage, along with remedial repairs and camera urveys. Contractors appointed and any subsequent call off contracts will be responsible for ensuring Contracting Authorities drainage systems are maintained at optimum condition and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, installer recommendations, Water Authority Standards, Water Jetting Association codes of Practice and equivalent along with all relevant statutory obligations. Contractors will be expected to provide drainage services to both standard/domestic building drainage. Drainage CCTV and Jetting services - We are seeking expressions of interest from competent and experienced service providers for the provision of Drainage CCTV and Jetting services for the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet Project. Project Overview: The scheme spans a length of 10 miles, incorporating various diameter plastic and concrete piping. The drainage installation has already commenced, with the first handover activities scheduled for Q4 2024 and continuing until Spring 2027. Scope of Work: The selected service provider will be responsible for the independent inspection of the drainage installations using CCTV. This will ensure the integrity and functionality of the system prior to commissioning and handover. In addition, where necessary, the provider will be required to clear the drainage system using a jetting methodology. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure project. We invite all interested parties with the requisite experience and capabilities to express their interest. Drainage & Car Park Works, Cinderford - Invitation to Tender for Drainage & Car Park works to the new Cinderford Skate Park Cinderford Town Council have been granted planning approval for the construction of a new skate park on the Miners Welfare Field, Barley Corn Square, GL14 2JH. As part of the enabling works for the skate park new drainage will need to be installed along with a new compacted stone access and compound area which will remain following construction as a car park.
