Supply Chain Notice: FDIS - Kinloss External Wall Insulation Enabling Works FY2023/24 - Amey North Region - Scotland - Brief Scope of Works - The coordination and management of the Statutory Provider (under separate contract) while they undertake connections to alter 139 no. PE LP Services + refit meters to allow for External Wall Insulation works to various properties at Kinloss. - The Statutory Provider shall carry out all excavations, backfill and reinstatement. - The tenderer will be responsible for all outlet work and outlet connections from the meter (via Gas Safe registered engineer). - The External Wall Insulation works will be phased to follow these enabling works. Amey have been tasked by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation through the Future Defence Infrastructure Service to deliver the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service for the Central and North Regions. For Amey to accept any Expression of Interest it is ESSENTIAL that any subcontractor is: - a member of Constructionline at GOLD LEVEL 3; - capable of working to MOD SFG20 (Pre-Planned Maintenance); - capable of working in a Building Information Management (BIM) Level 2 environment; - compliant with DefStan 05-138 (required if you are likely to handle MoD Identifiable Information on your IT system); - willing to work with Amey to deliver Social Value to our Client. 10046 - Let NCC Repairs - Norwich City Council (the council) provides a range of statutory and non-statutory services to the city of Norwich including waste and recycling, planning, housing and events. The Corporate Plan and the 2040 Norwich City Vision set out the council's priorities and objectives. For more information about the city council and its services visit www.norwich.gov.uk The council, in addition to its stock of council-owned social housing, manages a number of privately owned properties which it uses to house tenants as required. To fulfil its legal obligations under the Landlord and Tenants Act 1988, the Council requires, on an ad-hoc basis, various small works, repairs and services to be undertaken on these properties. The objectives of the procurement are: • To secure value for money services and support the council priorities of; People living well and great neighbourhoods, housing and environment. The maximum total value awarded under this framework will be £440,000 over the total 4 year period. The council has a growing portfolio of approximately 310 properties that the council's private sector leasing team (LetNCC) manage and require maintaining. Pricing of KANE Gas Analysers to be Calibrated & Serviced - Pricing is required for our Kane Flue gas analysers for a fixed price calibration and service cost per annum to include repairs and replacement of parts (excluding wilful damage which will be priced on application) during Kane's warranty period. An annual calibration cost is also required once the warranty period with the purchase of the analyser has expired. SMBC currently has approximately 100 pieces of Kane kit that require an annual service / calibration, although numbers cannot be guaranteed. To maintain the warranty on the Kane analysers, these will need to be serviced at Kane direct. In addition to the analysers we have additional equipment that requires calibration on an annual basis. Price submitted is to include returns carriage. All quantities specified are for tender evaluation purposes and are not indicative quantities. Suppliers are asked to quote supply and calibration/service including turnaround times from point of receipt. Each supplier should have the means to remind Sandwell MBC of the need for a calibration to be completed. Metering Infrastructure - Bedford College has secured funding for a grant from the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme launched by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). As part of the works the college need to improve the quality of the data received for Electricity and Gas used across their portfolio. The Scope of Works outlines the tender requirements of a project to ensure the college has a new metering system with a web/cloud based Graphical User Interface detailing half hourly data (Day +1) of all electricity and gas meters and also new sub-meters that need to be installed where main utility meters are not installed. The contractor is to provide costs for installing new sub-meters where necessary and assisting the college in obtaining half hourly data from all existing utility meters, either by transferring responsibility of data collection or installing additional data loggers to the existing meters to ensure the data is fed into the new metering system. The Tender shall also allow for the first year's subscription costs for the metering software and all commissioning and training required to train 3no. users separately in how to access and use the software.
