022-SNBD-24 G CLoud 13: Web Content Manager and Forms system for South Norfolk Council and Broadland District Council - AWARD - The Customer Service, Marketing and Communications teams at Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council manage all aspects of customer engagement via digital content, email, and digital forms processing for over 120,000 residential properties, and Business Customers for 10,000 business properties. Following pre-market testing in December 2023 the Councils are using the G Cloud-13 framework to source a provider. After carrying out shortlisting on the framework the Councils are pleased to invite you to confirm what you can provide for the implementation and support of a Cloud Hosted system to support Web Content Management and Forms creation. Historic England new Blogs website - AWARD - Historic England would like an agency to build a new home for our existing blog sites hosted on Word Press https://heritagecalling.com/ and https://thewreckoftheweek.com/, and migrate existing content into the Historic England corporate site https://historicengland.org.uk which is hosted on Umbraco. This requirement is to ensure that the Historic England blog meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards and reaches a wider audience by making it accessible to all. The new blog has been designed by the HE in-house design team. User testing has already been carried out on a wireframe prototype and adjustments to the design have been made based on that round of user testing. These wireframes and full designs are supplied as part of this document.
