Healthcare Fire Prevention Suite of National Regulated Qualifications - Provision of healthcare fire prevention suite of national regulated qualifications to include specification of training, competence assessment and professional credentialing register management and criteria. This project brief proposes the development and delivery of a suite of national (UK) credit rated and nationally regulated qualifications benchmarked to the National Occupational Standards (NOS), including verification of Code of Practice for Authorising Engineers specialising in fire safety in clinical settings that supplements the current non-speciality specific training underpinned by the document Health Technical Memorandum 05-01: Managing healthcare fire safety, building regulations, Building Safety Act 2022 as well as recommendations from the Grenfell Enquiry Report. As we develop out building decarbonisation plan, one of our main priorities is to decarbonise of end-of-life heating systems. NTU has receive external funding from the Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF) to develop heat decarbonisation plans and detailed designs to prepare for procurement and delivery of heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency works. We would like to outsource this project to an agency specialized in net zero and decarbonisation to support our work on this. This assessment will form part of a wider project which will go on NTU Net Zero Carbon Strategy as part of our Building Decarbonisation Plan

services for Venues for Vibrancy Programme - The Venues for Vibrancy project aims to bring new cultural & entertaining experiences to City Consumers through partnerships by utilising unproductive City spaces. Celebrating heritage, culture & innovation in a distinctly City way. The scope of the work is for an 8-month cultural and cultural partnerships consultancy who will collaborate with the Destination City team and offer expert guidance and advice to support the development of the Venues for Vibrancy Strategy. The Venues for Vibrancy project will be an 8-month pilot. The supplier will work with the Destination City team to develop the programme, internal & go to market approaches, systems & packages - with the aim of establishing a long-term Destination City programme with tangible outputs and outcomes over the pilot period. Venues for Vibrancy will build upon the Cultural Planning Framework which will be completed by Publica in November 2023. Publica recommendations will be used to inform the Venues for Vibrancy go to market strategy and frameworks. This will also feed into work currently being developed on City Occupier mix and - with a focus on culture - deliver the strategic goals of Destination City to create a vibrant and sustainable ecosystem in the Square Mile and boost footfall and spend. Destination City will be appointing a Commercial Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships agency in early 2024. The Venues for Vibrancy project will lay some foundations for this piece of work by establishing go to market packages for enlivenment, destination city enlivenment criteria and internal/contracting processes.
