TRG Legal services framework agreement - Now closed please do not bid - The Riverside Group Limited (TRGL) invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide legal services to TRGL, including all subsidiaries. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes all former One Housing entities. This procurement is to replace the current framework and will complement TRGL's in-house legal provision, particularly during periods of peak business demands and if any specialist advice is required. The framework agreement is for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months up to a maximum of 4 years. The contract is to cover requirements for England but excludes Scotland. The tender comprises the following 3 lots Lot 1 - Corporate, Finance & Treasury (including Commercial and Employment Services) The areas within the scope of this lot (which is not an exhaustive list) are: o Banking finance - eg raising of bank funding, capital markets issuance and hedging arrangements. o Charging and security work - eg due diligence, placing charges and removal of charges. o Assistance with documentation for external funding (eg RCFs). o Governance Envisaged number of practices to be appointed for Lot 1 - maximum of 2. Number of practises to progress to the 2nd stage Maximum of 5 Lot 2 - Housing Management The areas within the scope of this lot (which is not an exhaustive list) are: o Contentious - eg gas and electrical access injunctions, possession proceedings and housing condition claims. o Non-Contentious - eg service of tenancy notices, guardianship and sheltered accommodation. o Policy - eg draft form documentation and advice on procedures. o Governance Envisaged number of practices to be appointed for Lot 2 - maximum of 2. Number of practises to progress to the 2nd stage Maximum of 5 Lot 3 - Property & Development The areas within the scope of this lot (which is not an exhaustive list) are: o Commercial Property - eg property rationalisation, title investigations and landlord/tenant matters. o Residential Property - eg purchase and sales of residential units, new build plot sales and service charge issues. o Development - eg joint ventures, package deals and construction agreements. o Governance Envisaged number of practices to be appointed for Lot 3 - between 3 and 4. Number of practises to progress to the 2nd stage Maximum of 7 In total, TRGL intends to appoint up to 8 capable suppliers onto the framework to serve the requirements across the 3 lots. Tenderers are cordially invited to tender for one or more of the lots. As set out in Document F (Framework Agreement), TRGL may choose to call off from the framework via a further competition or a direct award. In addition, TRGL also reserves the right to call off additional adhoc legal services with suppliers appointed onto the framework, in particular for Commercial and Employment matters.

Court Advocacy Services - AWARD - L&Q are looking for a service provider for Court Advocacy Services. The service provider will be expected to attend all court hearings on our behalf across all boroughs and courts. L&Q currently refer around 1100 cases per annum to court for non-payment of rent. Courts range from Uxbridge to Brighton to Ispwich. The successful supplier will be legally trained and able to argue case law and dispute and have a proven track record of successful court hearing attendance and outcome.

Restorative Justice Service- West Yorkshire - Restorative Justice is defined as the process that brings those harmed by crime, and those responsible for the harm, into communication, enabling everyone affected by a particular incident to play a part in repairing the harm and finding a positive way forward. The Mayor of West Yorkshire is committed to providing Restorative Justice to victims of crime and has approved the re-commission a West Yorkshire wide Restorative Justice service with a budget of £280,000 to £300,000 per annum for an initial 3-year contract, with two optional 2-year extensions, to a maximum of 7 years in total. The requirements are for a West Yorkshire wide Restorative Justice service that will be available for all crime types as no victim should be denied restorative justice on the basis of the type of crime they have experienced.
