Description: The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking expressions of interest for a concession agreement for the installation, maintenance, repair and cleaning of bus shelters in the Tower Hamlets borough with the successful bidder having the exclusive rights to advertise on the bus shelters. The Council will require the winning tenderer to make a capital investment in return for the rights to obtain revenue from advertising. The contract will also include the installation, maintenance, cleaning and repair of a number of bus shelters without any advertising capacity. This contract is built around a financial concession based upon an annual revenue stream for the Council through the sale of advertising over a fifteen year period commencing on the 1st of July 2015.
